Sportsbook selection
A prediction submitted before a Liga 1, Piala AFF, or international fixture begins. Selections lock at kickoff and cannot be cancelled.
Match postponement
If a scheduled sportsbook fixture is postponed, all selections are voided and stakes are returned. Rescheduled fixtures are treated as new fixtures.

Bonus terms and promotional conditions

Our maximum liability for any single claim is limited to the amount you deposited in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your sayap account if: you breach these terms; your account is used fraudulently; you attempt to manipulate our games or systems; you submit false information; or we determine your use poses legal or operational risk to sayap. Suspension is temporary; termination is permanent. Upon termination, we retain your account data for compliance purposes but disable all platform access.

If your account is terminated, any balance remaining is held for 90 days. During this period, you may request withdrawal of your balance by contacting our support team and providing documentation of your identity and account details. After 90 days, unclaimed balances are retained by sayap as permitted by applicable law or forfeited to regulatory authorities as required.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

If our services are illegal in your jurisdiction, you are not permitted to create an account or access our platform.
